Below is one of our favourite mixed berries smoothie recipe. It will lift you up and give you the energy you need for your day. Drink it early in the morning or as a snack in the afternoon.
1 Frozen Banana
1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Mixed Berries
1 1/2 Cups Almond Milk or any milk of your choice
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup or Honey (Make them 3 if you like a sweeter taste )
Blend everything in high power blender and ENJOY !
